The objective was simple: generate more high-quality leads for Jack's Shack's – one of the North’s leading camper van conversion businesses.

Despite a strong reputation and years of experience delivering bespoke camper van builds, the team had seen a slowdown in enquiries during what was traditionally their busiest period. After analysing both the website and Google Ads account, it became clear that much of what made Jack's Shack unique wasn't being communicated effectively to prospective customers.

To address this, we developed a new landing page focused on the details that set the business apart: exceptional craftsmanship, family heritage, fast turnaround times and a highly personalised service. At the same time, we refined campaign targeting to focus on the North of England, allowing budget to be concentrated where demand was strongest and impression share could be improved.

We also rebuilt the account's measurement framework from the ground up. By tracking only meaningful actions, such as contact form enquiries and phone calls lasting longer than 90 seconds, Google was able to optimise towards genuine business opportunities rather than low-value interactions.

Following a full account and ad copy refresh, click-through rate increased from approximately 8% to 13%. Over the following 12 months, conversion rates improved significantly, resulting in a substantial increase in lead volume while reducing overall cost per acquisition.
