The objective was to increase bridal appointment bookings for Halfpenny London, one of the UK's most established bridalwear brands, while staying true to the qualities that have made the brand so iconic.
Rather than reinventing the story, we focused on what already set Halfpenny apart: exceptional craftsmanship, a rich heritage, and a bridal experience built around helping women find a dress that feels uniquely theirs, without pressure.
The paid media strategy evolved from simply showcasing beautiful dresses to communicating the wider Halfpenny experience. Through founder-led creative, client stories and appointment-focused messaging, we highlighted the expertise, support and personal service brides receive throughout their journey.
Alongside this, we conducted a full CRO audit of the paid landing experience and developed a new destination designed specifically for prospective brides. By answering key questions, reducing friction and providing greater confidence before booking, we increased the landing page conversion rate by X%.
